各位领导好，我是来自望龙中学的初二英语教师石龙。今有荣幸，作为我校初二英语学科发言人，向大家分享我对本学科的几点薄见，著名教育家陶行知曾说过：“千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人”。师者，所以传道授业解惑也，我尽力地想把自己的所学对学生倾囊相授，但作为一名刚工作两年的新教师，我自知我教学经验不足，因此，我时常向我校经验丰富的老师请教，也感谢我校的青蓝结对工程，让我迅速地成长了起来。下面我将从以下几个方面浅谈我在英语教学中的一些做法。
一、注重班级队伍建设
学生刚一进校时，通过我对他们为期两周的观察，我先选了三名英语科代表，然后将学生分成了10个小组，每个小组4—6人，组员成绩各不相同，好中差均等，每个小组选出一名小组长。三名科代表分工不同，一人负责带领同学们早读，一人负责检查、统计每组的背诵情况，另一人负责每日听写情况的统计工作。小组长的职责是监督本组成员是否完成每日家庭作业、督促他们按时背诵每个单元的Section A 2d、Grammar Focus、熟读单词和课文、帮助小组成员解惑等。班级管理采取自上而下的管理模式，科代表管理小组长，小组长管理小组成员。每天夕会，定时召集科代表和小组长开个短会，了解同学们的学习情况，若有问题，及时解决。
二、培养学生学习兴趣
俗话说，兴趣是最好的老师。因此，在日常教学中，我会认真备课、上课。备课不仅是备教材，也要备学生，从学生实际出发，把学生放在首位，以学生为本，让学生学的快乐，老师教的开心。因此，转变教学观念刻不容缓，我们应该运用多种教学方法，提高学生的学习兴趣。
（一）利用课堂游戏进行教学
众所周知，对于一名刚踏入中学的初中生来说，学生还是很喜欢在课堂上玩游戏的。生动有趣的游戏能够迅速的抓住学生的眼球，让他们想上这门课，上好这门课。为此，我经常在课堂与孩子们互动，让他们感受到英语的趣味。当然在设计游戏节目时，游戏的内容不仅要与教材内容紧密联系，注重教学效果，还要调动每一位学生的学习兴趣。在游戏环节，还要把控好课堂氛围，切忌躁动与混乱。
（二）创设真实的课堂语言环境
在我看来，英语是一门语言学科。语言学习离不开语言环境。正确应用多媒体信息技术可以创设丰富多样的、真实的生活情景，让学生在逼真的情境中进行听说训练，从而激发学生的学习兴趣。例如，课前利用希沃白板导入微视频。在教学人教版初中《英语》七年级（下）Unit12 What did you do last weekend？时，我先将学生在上周末班级活动中包饺子的`照片制作成电子相册视频，并在课堂上播放，要求学生进行一分钟的口头作文，分享活动及感受。学生积极、主动地要求展示，且能够流利、准确、大声地表达。总之，只要我们可以创设逼真的情境，给学生提供使用英语进行交际的机会，从而激发他们的表达欲望，他们就能够轻松地理解、记忆和运用知识。
（三）善于使用发现教学法
不管是在哪一门学科教学中，发现教学法必然是最行之有效的教学方法之一。我们应该正确地引导学生自己去发现、总结每堂课的知识点。在实际教学中，我们可以先呈现几个例子，再让学生自主观察，在教师的引导下一步一步的总结规律，最后通过一些例题帮助学生巩固知识。通过自己的观察得来的知识，学生对知识的掌握会更深刻更牢固，也能发挥学生的学习主动性与积极性，提高他们的学习兴趣。
三、分层教学，因材施教
乡镇中学的学生对英语的掌握情况参差不齐，有的学生考试基本靠猜，几乎没有任何英语基础。对于这类学生，我们可以对他们适当降低要求。例如：听写10个单词，他们写对5个就算过关；满分100的试卷，他们得40分就算及格；在作业方面，为他们布置一些相对简单的题。而对于那些基础较好的学生，我们则应该提高对他们的要求。当他们达到要求时，还可以对他们进行语言鼓励或实物奖励，让他们在英语的学习中能更有自信。总的来说就是：让后进生一点点进步，让中等生向优生转化，让优生更“优”。
四、落实激励机制
为了激发同学们学习英语的兴趣，我采取了印章积分奖励、个人积分奖励和小组积分奖励。
1、印章积分奖励：每次在批改学生各类作业时，只要学生全做
对或者取得明显进步时，我都会在其作业本上盖一个奖励印章。印章上印有如下评语：Come on、Good job、Pass、Well done、All right、English star、Good writing、Keep trying等。只要学生累积到八个优秀的评语，就可以找我兑换一次奖励，奖励包括特权一次、免一次家庭作业、笔记本等
2、个人积分奖励：加分项目主要涉及到课堂上积极回答问题、认真按时完成作业、课堂听写等。
3、小组积分奖励：从小组成员每次上课的精神状态、是否做好课前预习以及是否完成老师布置的各项任务来综合考评。
个人与小组积分奖励每周一公布并发放，凡是与上周相比，进步了5分的学生和小组，均能获得一定奖励。实践表明：有人的地方就有竞争，学生们会干劲十足，争先恐后地想要加分。因此，培养学生正确的竞争意识是相当重要的，毕竟在当今这个社会里，连成年人都有竞争意识，更何况是我们可爱的学生呢，又有谁愿当那最后一名呢。
五、抓实学生日常技能训练
1、听写：事必躬亲，每天定时改单词听写，从不假手于人。倘若有学生第一次听写未过，我会在当天对他们进行第二次听写，直到他们通过为止。在我看来，单词的听写情况能够反映出学生课前是否做足功课。万丈高楼平地起，单词是学英语的基础，只有夯实基础，在学英语的道路上才能一马平川。
2、练习册和其他作业：尽量做到面批面改，倘若有事耽误，我会让小组长组织成员互改，组长统计错误较多的题，交给科代表，由科代表总结交给我，下次有针对性地讲评。
3、单元测试卷：每一套单元测试卷都是经过我深思熟虑才出现的，我会细致地研读考试大纲，总结学生在日常练习中出现错误较多的知识点，然后再次变换题型，让学生们达到学以致用，举一反三的地步。考后帮助学生总结试卷，以期在下次的考试中不再犯相同的错误，争取有所进步。
